1. General Policy

At AI MetaGen Pro, we strive to ensure our users are fully satisfied with our AI metadata generation services. Because our platform offers digital services and API-based AI generation that incur immediate costs on our end, our refund policy is strictly governed by the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Pro or Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your paid features until the billing cycle concludes.

• We do not provide refunds or prorated billing for unused days remaining in a canceled billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are typically only granted under the following circumstances:

• Billing Errors: If you were charged multiple times for a single billing cycle due to a technical error on our side.
• Service Outages: If our core services (Metadata generation, AI features) are completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours.
• Accidental Renewal: If you request a refund within 24 hours of an automatic subscription renewal AND you have not used any credits or generated any metadata during that renewed period.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot issue refunds in the following scenarios:

• You have already used your monthly limits/credits for generating metadata, upscaling, or AI predictions.
• You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date and have already used the service.
• Dissatisfaction with AI outputs (AI can occasionally be unpredictable, and we provide free tiers/trials so you can test the quality beforehand).
• Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or Fair Use policy.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

Please include the following information in your request:

• The email address associated with your MetaGen Pro account
• Transaction ID or Invoice Number
• A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase.
