• We DO NOT store your full credit card numbers or sensitive financial data on our servers. We only retain basic subscription status and billing history.

Files You Upload:

• Images uploaded for metadata generation are processed temporarily.
• Files are analyzed on-device where possible.
• All uploaded files are purged immediately after processing.
• We NEVER store your images permanently.

We use trusted third-party services to operate MetaGen Pro:

• AI Providers (Advanced AI): Data is sent to these providers only for temporary analysis and metadata generation.
• Supabase: For secure backend logic (Edge Functions) and authentication.
• Paddle: Serves as our Merchant of Record, handling all secure payment processing and subscription management.
• EmailJS: For contact form submissions.
• Server side: For EPS file conversions (when needed).

Note: Each service has its own privacy policy. Your payment data goes directly to Paddle, and your uploaded files are only sent to AI providers for temporary analysis.

5. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, MetaGen Pro uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
